As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll play a key role in serving our clients. Customers choose LYNX for our excellent service and extensive trading platform. They contact us via telephone, email, and chat through the Service Centre on our website. The questions you’ll handle are diverse—ranging from assistance with placing orders, account-related inquiries, navigating the trading platform, to providing explanations about investment products.

Your main responsibility is to answer these questions, ensuring a high level of customer service and delivering a positive client experience. When customers open an account, you will oversee and manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary information is requested and accurately entered into our system. This is crucial given the legal and regulatory requirements we must comply with. This role involves significant translation and writing tasks. You will be responsible for accurately translating documents between Finnish and English, as well as creating high-quality written content. In addition to these duties, you will also participate in various projects within the department. From the start, this role offers considerable responsibility, providing you with the opportunity to grow into a financial industry professional.
LYNX will provide you with a tailored one- to three-month training program to help you seamlessly onboard into the role.
