YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You work effectively both on your own and with colleagues to achieve company targets and goals. You see opportunities and solutions where others may see problems. You are change-oriented and see the benefit in doing things differently to achieve goals.

In addition, we expect that you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in a Back Office role
  • Are customer- and result-oriented – you build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • You are accurate and you work in a structured manner
  • Have the ability to work with predefined objectives and measures ensuring accountability and meeting goals
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM systems
  • Are bilingual French and Dutch and you master the English language
  • Have an affinity for technical products, a technical bachelor’s degree is a pre
