Job Purpose
Within the framework of company’s values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Services Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. Job Description

  • Ensure that the field operations is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System and with a high focus on HSEQ and enforce adhesion to TechnipFMC Code of Ethics.
  • Participate in the elaboration of tender submission and prepare service execution plan
  • Be responsible for customer PO’s related to assigned projects, and actively monitor and address VOR which may arise against the contractual requirements
  • Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
  • Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer
  • Contribute to the quotation process, contractual negotiations, and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
  • Executes effectively to achieve and outperform of Profit & Loss forecasts
  • Provides feedbacks and lessons learnt at the end of the project on Execution plan, Productivity analysis, potential improvements and impact on Client and environment.
  • Responsible for managing the orders in the SAP system and keep in control of the entire order, operational and SAP/System wise
  • Search for new possibilities and developments in order to extend business or add new services.
  • Be part of the ‘On Duty’ program of local organization to provide response support for the field operations/project assigned.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the service/rental/IC orders are executed and controlled as per TechnipFMC standards and give input/support to the SAP order entry/control function.
  • As SPM, you are responsible to face the customer for drilling/installation operations, hotshot manufacturing, and workshop orders, and therefore must support the customer throughout these activities to achieve customer success.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the internal reporting is properly achieved and that the operation is capable of successfully passing FMC internal or external audits.
  • Able to work independently on more varied and complex tasks without direct supervision to successfully meet expectations.
  • Able to think ahead, check and make sure the right procedures are in place to be fully in control as errors could lead to delays, putting customer activities on hold, rework, CNQ, high operational risks for people, the environment and equipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all HSE, BPMS, Quality procedures and TechnipFMC policies are adhered to always.
  • Able to travel to the field and/or other Service facilities as necessary for customer engagement, meetings, and overall proactive management of the project
  • Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes Customer Service focused approach to business
  • Promotes strong liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts and LOF eng group

You are meant for this job if:

  • Recognised higher education Mechanical Engineering qualification (preferred)
  • Industry recognised project management qualification (preferred)
  • Offshore installation & commissioning know how for all sorts of Surface and Subsea WHD and tree related ops
  • Proven knowledge of offshore operations activities (offshore experience is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge in surface & subsea equipment engineering and procedures
  • Experience within service delivery environment (Surface & Subsea)
