SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3+ years of office administration and/or reception experience
- A supportive and positive attitude and BRILLIANT phone manner
- Data Entry with high attention to detail (a MUST) & the ability to Multi-Task
- Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- High-level customer service
- Ability to pick up new computer systems and software
- Enthusiastic, flexible and not afraid to get your hands dirty or learn new skills with a varied workload
- Take pride in your work and understand the importance of working to a high standard to support our clients
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant & Administration Support to our clients, assisting them with all of their requirements
- Build & retain relationships with all clients
- Email Management
- Reception Services - answering & managing all incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls
- Job Management - Processing purchase orders, scheduling jobs in a job management software, communicating with our clients’ clients, processing and following up quotes & invoices, following all checklists and processe
