JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage relationships effectively, and familiarity with various software tools.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and ATS software such as Taleo.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools for engaging with customers online.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
