As a Customer Service Representative, the primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our customers, be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. This position will be required to listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to their problems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline related to Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors.
- Intermediate English Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
- Processing results from analysis of data.
- Execution of customer service standard processes. Maintaining customer accounts and relationships.
- Lead and enhance customer service initiatives, identifying issues and determining effective resolutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, and other departments to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and report on customer service KPIs, ensuring appropriate follow-up and action within the department.
