Customer Service Representative
Serving homes and commercial businesses in Western PA,

Responsibilities:

  • Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests
  • Coordinate with service technicians and other team members to meet customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new services and products to customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and data management
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
