Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you a personable and detail-oriented individual with a knack for problem-solving? As a Customer Service Representative at 8Bits, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and event guests, providing top-notch support and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Your role will be vital in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with event-related queries, including ticketing, scheduling, and general information.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.
