Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- Extensive information and assistance to our customers, continuous monitoring of their cases
- Execute order information and change requests
- Provide information about services
- Ongoing communication between the engineering team, internal staff, suppliers and customers
- Manage formal quotes
- Complaint handling and problem solving
- Liaison with international teams from different regions
