ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate who thrives in a busy, interactive environment. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who loves helping others. You don’t need to be an artist—just someone who can provide excellent customer service, explain activities clearly, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain instructions.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Must be reliable and able to work the shifts that fit your schedule.
  • Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive experience.
  • Use a POS system to ring up orders and enter customer information.
  • Count back change (dollar bills only; no coins).
  • Explain art activities to customers in a friendly and clear manner.
  • Follow a cleaning checklist to maintain studio cleanliness.
  • Multitask efficiently in a busy environment, staying on your feet during the shift.
  • Assist in various studio tasks to keep the day running smoothly.
