Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and administrative support
- Assisting with receipt and processing of orders
- Assisting in facilitating resolution of inquires and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process
- Dealing with only limited product line(s) and handle single entity support
- Handling special projects, as assigne
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1+ years of industry experience (preferred)
- Be familiar with order entry software and processes
- Have working knowledge of customer service techniques in an industrial setting
- Have a good computer skills.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English languages
