The Customer Service Representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for order managemet, handling customer service-related logistics tasks, and maintaining close contact with customers.
This position is part of the Customer Service Department located in Budapest and will be onsite. You will be responsible for processing and tracking customer orders and deliveries in accordance with the customer’s needs in the territory of Republic of Hungary keeping in touch online with foreign support teams. You should be ideally located in commuting distance from Budapest.
We are looking for a reliable and accurate team player, who will take the responsibility for delegated tasks. A self-motivated and flexible person who is willing to serve and support our customers at a high level at Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Customer Service Team and report to the Customer Service Manager.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • High school degree or higher with 2+ year experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian required
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Ability to build strong customer relationship and deliver solution in professional manner
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactive attitude and way of thinking
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor customer orders on a daily basis.
  • Provide an outstanding level of support for our customers, ensuring the availability of customer service by phone and e-mail during working hours.
  • Maintain contact with foreign distribution centers and support teams.
  • Compile reports supporting our work
  • Support the activities of other departments within the company.
