Be the Face of Bid13
As Administrative Customer Support you will be the direct contact for inbound customer inquiries and do outreach to our bidders to follow through on any uncompleted transactions. You will be responsible for outreach to our sellers that have not posted in a while to promote for additional postings. You enjoy working with a database interface that has logging and tracking systems to manage a large customer base. This is a full-time position doing what you love, achieving your goals with opportunity for growth as we are rapidly growing.
Our 3rd generation Family business comprises several companies in the real estate investment and development sectors; Advisors Realty, Brokerage est. 1980, Storwell Self Storage est. 1987, Bid13.com Online Storage Auctions est. 2007, Hurontario Corporate Centre & DBNC Group both established in 2014, and ROOK hotel is a project we’re currently developing. We have key employees that have been with us for over 15 years, others that have been with us since they began working. And many new employees with our recent growth over the past 5 years. Work Hours are 9-5 at our Bid13 office at 85 Executive Court which is at Markham road and highway 401, free parking is provided, and you will have access to a mini kitchen to store and reheat food. We have an in-house IT team to provide rapid help with any computer difficulties or software needs. Our breadth of companies allows for many opportunities for growth and learning experiences across a variety of sectors relevant to your career. You will meet and work directly with the owners of the business and can contact them directly

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and French
- Strong analytical skills and sales experience
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Call center: 3 years (preferred)
