As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. You will the first point of contact for your customers and you will be required to provide an exceptional experience on every call. It is crucial in this role that you are professional and friendly along with having attention to detail and the ability to think outside of the box. In your role as a Customer Service Representative you will be an expert on the process and requirements in order to ensure the transaction closes smoothly and on time.
