Description:

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Contact Centre Manager.
Job Summary: This position requires a person with excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. The main duty of the Customer Service Representative is to communicate and book appointments with Birchwood’s current client base through texting, outbound calls, and email.
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute urgent matters
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most daily activities
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own transportation to work are required as the location is not on a bus route
