Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Leatherhead (Office-based)
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

In this role, you will be essential to maintaining customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with the logistics and production teams.
  • Assist customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide insights to management for process improvement.
  • Manage stock levels and inform customers about product availability.
