Carstar Welland is looking for an ALL-STAR best of the best Customer Service Rep.
We want our customer to see your smile in person and through the phone during your interactions with them.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering the reception area and assist with helping customers to the right team members.
• Answer calls from customers or insurance company’s and provide the information required or transfer call to the proper representative.
• Cordinating customers with our rental car providers.
• Helping to keep customers updated when calling in for status updates.
• Assist in any other tasks at the front office regarding Bodyshop customer and insurance companies.

Qualifications / skills

• High School or equivalent
• Previous secretary work, an asset
• Organized
• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Teamworking skills.
• Punctual and reliable
• Understanding and Patient
