JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our automotive service centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong in-person customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during interactions.
  • Ability to offer products and services effectively while understanding customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in sales or related fields is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in the automotive service industry is an asset but not required.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
