JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and proficiency in speaking English. Experience in purchase request processing and procure to pay procurement is a plus. This role involves supporting procurement operations and ensuring efficient processing of purchase requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in speaking English with excellent communication skills.
  • Have experience in purchase request processing and procure to pay procurement processes.
  • Show familiarity with procurement practices in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement operations by processing purchase requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze procurement data ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
  • Assist in the procure to pay process by verifying purchase orders and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in purchase requests or orders.
  • Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
  • Provide support in the management of vendor relationships ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and systems.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the procurement team to support decision-making.
  • Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the procurement function by providing reliable and efficient support.
