Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and proficiency in speaking English. Experience in Procure to Pay - Account Payable Procurement and Procurement (Manlog ProcMfg) is a plus. This role involves managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in speaking English to facilitate effective communication.
  • Experience in Procure to Pay
  • Account Payable is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Procurement (Manlog ProcMfg) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills for supplier interactions.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement.
  • Ability to monitor and track performance metrics effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Oversee the Procure to Pay cycle including Account Payable and Procurement activities.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide support in resolving procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track procurement performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Support the team in achieving overall procurement objectives and goals.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
