Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and proficiency in speaking English. Experience in Procure to Pay - Account Payable Procurement and Procurement (Manlog ProcMfg) is a plus. This role involves managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in speaking English to facilitate effective communication.
- Experience in Procure to Pay
- Account Payable is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with Procurement (Manlog ProcMfg) is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation skills for supplier interactions.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Oversee the Procure to Pay cycle including Account Payable and Procurement activities.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide support in resolving procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Monitor and track procurement performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
- Support the team in achieving overall procurement objectives and goals.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
