JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Process Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Voice and a keen interest in Order Fulfillment Marketing & Branding Order Planning and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring smooth order processing to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Provide support in marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the companys market presence and customer engagement.
  • Assist in order planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain management.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to customer service and order fulfillment activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business objectives.
