Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Process Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Voice and a keen interest in Order Fulfillment Marketing & Branding Order Planning and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring smooth order processing to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through various communication channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Provide support in marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the companys market presence and customer engagement.
- Assist in order planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient supply chain management.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints to maintain customer loyalty.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to customer service and order fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving business objectives.
