JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in English and MS Excel with a background in procurement and operations being a plus. This role involves managing procurement processes ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate order placements.
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance in MS Excel to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide support in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Monitor and track procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the operations team in daily tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze procurement data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
