Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
  • Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
  • Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients
