We don’t have any quotas or salespeople. The only thing that matters is that we do our jobs to the best of our abilities.
Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since its inception in November 2011.
*This position is a full-time Customer Service/ Front Desk Reception position. The person hired for this position is required on weekends and weekdays.

SKILLS:

Mandatory

• Sound oral and written communication skills
• Adaptability to changing technology
• Ability to learn new terms and skillsets
• Proficient computer literacy

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Telephone customer service support
• Schedule, confirm, modify appointments
• Proofreading radiology reports
• Printing, mailing and filing
• Data processing
• *Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files
• *Segmentation of 3D data
• Following patient privacy regulations
• Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed

*Training will be provided, no experience necessary
