Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to work in a privately owned vet hospital. We are a busy small animal practice that values family, personal growth, fosters collaboration and prioritizes high-quality care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail..
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
