PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems is an advantage, not required;

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Identify, prepare and process the ordered products in the MRP system;
  • Connect with internal departments in order to ensure the smoothness of the process, along with keeping in contact with the client regarding their order status and additional information, ensure the client’s needs are being met;
  • Understands the importance and the possible impact on safety for the products built in the factory, and ensures through the activities carried out in the department that all the criteria documented in the related work instructions are respected, with the aim of maintaining the quality and safety of the products intended for industrial, various administration tasks related to customer files;
  • Actively participates in departmental meetings; comes with suggestions for improvement to achieve the company’s objectives;
  • Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the work done.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience in Customer Service or similar roles in the front office area;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Good mastering of PC, Ms. Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good organizing, scheduling and communication skills.
  • Attention to details.
