Description:

Responsibilities:

You will work as part of a multi-functional Face to Face team, primarily working at a triage/reception point welcoming visitors and customers to the building. Duties to include: Greeting visitors/customers and creating a positive first impression of the company, directing visitors and answering their questions, notifying other workers of visitor arrival, operating car park barriers, keeping accurate administration records, assisting customers to report issues.
Please note before applying – the hours are 22.5 hours per week 8.30am to 1.00pm or 12.30pm to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
