SUMMARY:
This is a pivotal role in ensuring SaniSure’s customers receive exceptional customer service experiences while also supporting the Company’s sales team by providing excellent communications with a customer-centric approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal resources from the beginning of the quoting process through successful delivery to the end customer. QUALIFICAIOTNS
- Good spoken and written (French) and English, German is mandatory.
- Open for Changes and self-motivation, initiative.
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work with minimum of supervision and show initiative.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft products are mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRM & ERP Systems, Syteline and HubSpot as advantage.
- Aptitude for solving problems including simple software and hardware problems.
- Aptitude for working with technical data associated with product lines.
- Comfortable working in a small office environment.
- Dedicated to providing excellent client service.
- Able to run the office on their own for short periods of time in the absence of senior staff and able to demonstrate common sense.
- Openness to travel within the SaniSure Group for trainings or meetings, if needed.
