We are now expanding our team in Sweden. For the further development and expansion of our B2C customer service team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) ideally with relevant experience in the debt collection field based in the Stockholm area.

Responsibilities:

  • Confident communication with clients, consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) via e-mail, chat and letter and the solution-oriented and competent support of the request from consumers of the Swedish market.
  • Handling of legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files.
  • Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issues
  • Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
  • Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
  • Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.
