Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
OUR ROLE
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless sales order processes and exceptional support for our Intercompany countries. As part of our collaborative 10-member team, you’ll handle sales orders, provide support on availability inquiries, delivery timing, and invoicing inquiries, and manage sample order handling for Finland. This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Sales Operation Manager, Elisa Keskitalo. The position is a 1-year fixed parental cover and hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
Responsibilities:
- Create sales orders for Intercompany countries and Finnish sample orders.
- Follow-up and monitor order stock and deliveries.
- Take care of claims and credit requests that Intercompany countries are sending.
- Support with invoicing.
- Reply to availability inquiries.
