Flexxform Designs is a growing soft seating manufacturer that provides innovative and high-quality furniture solutions. We seek a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Reception Specialist. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and sales reps, playing a vital part in ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a receptionist or front desk role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in order entry systems and data management.
• Experience with CET (Configura) or AutoCAD is a strong asset, but not necessary.
• Familiarity with state and federal contract processes is a plus, but not necessary.
• A collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist across departments.
