The client is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction, have experience with Shopify and Gorgias, and are excited about the health and wellness industry, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training
