Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? GFL Environmental is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting GFL’s solid waste services to businesses and industrial establishments through professional and courteous interactions with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies.
- Interacts with Customers, Customer Service Department, Sales, & Operations Staff reporting to Operations Manager.
- Fields incoming calls / emails from customers.
- Communicate with maintenance shop personnel.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone, and two-way devices.
- Assist with month end billing process.
- Receive, process and enter contracts and agreements.
- Data entry and monthly client reporting.
- AR procedures including invoice inquiries, adjustments, credits and payments.
- Assist with sales processes.
- Other duties as assigned
