Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? GFL Environmental is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting GFL’s solid waste services to businesses and industrial establishments through professional and courteous interactions with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies.
  • Interacts with Customers, Customer Service Department, Sales, & Operations Staff reporting to Operations Manager.
  • Fields incoming calls / emails from customers.
  • Communicate with maintenance shop personnel.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone, and two-way devices.
  • Assist with month end billing process.
  • Receive, process and enter contracts and agreements.
  • Data entry and monthly client reporting.
  • AR procedures including invoice inquiries, adjustments, credits and payments.
  • Assist with sales processes.
  • Other duties as assigned
