Description:

Join our team at Great Lakes Water Solutions as a full-time Customer Service Representative. Become our front line contact for our customer base. Ensure we have an organized schedule and play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our workspace. This multifaceted position combines customer service, scheduling, cleaning, office filing, and product stocking to create a seamless and productive environment for our team and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post secondary in the field of business/office work is a preferred.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, office filing, or similar roles will be helpful.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Contact our customers when they are due for maintenance, installations, or deliveries. Handle any incoming emails or calls. Deal with issues in a professional manner.
  • Office Filing: Organize and manage physical and digital records to ensure easy access to important information and documents.
  • Product Stocking: Maintain inventory levels of essential supplies and products, ensuring availability for staff and clients. Contact our supplier to order product.
  • Assistance with Administrative Tasks: Provide general support across departments, assisting with tasks such as data entry and basic correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address facilities-related needs and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
