Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers.
  • Handle telephone and email orders from customers.
  • Conduct weekly telephone outreach to ensure customer product needs are met.
  • Respond to and professionally manage customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom.
  • Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed.
  • Support and assist the branch manager with various projects.
