Hydropool wants to be the preeminent manufacturer of hot tubs and swim spas in the world. To do that we need the best talent. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Territory Representative (CSTR) is a member of the Customer Service Team, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills. The CSTR will be the main point of contact for both dealers and the Territory Development Manager (TDM) for a specific region across the globe.
REQUIREMENTS
- Commitment to delivering and continuously improving excellence in customer service
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and provide positive and professional attitude under high stress situations
- Ability to balance to the needs of the dealers with those of the company
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Proven track record of punctuality and dependability
- Excellent command of the English language
- Must wear steel toe shoes when going into production or warehouse facility
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary Education
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or call center environment an asset
