EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Six (6) months of administrative or customer service related experience is required.
Substitution: An Associate’s degree may be substituted for up to two years of experience.

None; however, the department may administer and the applicant must successfully complete a skills-assessment relevant to job description.
Responsibilities:
Municipal Courts currently has full-time employment opportunities available for Customer Service Representatives in their Court Operations Division who are self-motivated, customer service oriented, pay attention to detail, and possess strong organizational skills. As an official of the Court, your responsibilities may include the following:
- Quality Control checking of case data and scanned documents, taking appropriate action to make sure information is correct and complete
- High level of direct contact with the general public, attorneys, court staff and law enforcement.
- Data entry of incoming citations
- Scanning of court documents into Court’s Case Management System
- Must be willing to submit to annual background checks.
- Other administrative and customer service-related responsibilities as assigned.
