Description:
We are currently working with amazing non-profit organisations and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity, perfect for individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we are unable to accept Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Applicants must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting roles within the last 30 days.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences and an interest in working with non-profit organisations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with client onboarding and help explain service offerings.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide support to the marketing and sales teams by collecting customer feedback and insights.
- Help manage client accounts and assist with order processing.
- Participate in events and promotional activities, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
