Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their customer support team, you will handle inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and customer service software.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and patience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety practices.
