Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, …)
- Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them. You make sure they feel in good hands!
- Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests
- Coordinate with the customer the follow-up of leads that we transfer to our key customers
- And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day need
