Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with policy inquiries, claim processing, and policy modifications.
Phone and In-Person Interaction: Engage with clients both over the phone and in-office, providing personalized and empathetic service.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, finding satisfactory resolutions to problems.
Policy Guidance: Educate clients on insurance coverage options, helping them make informed decisions about their policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train great individual.
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered
  • Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.
