JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 2- 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred)
  • Schedulingappointments for estimate and repair appointments.
  • Oversee the vehicle drop-off process, securing necessary customer authorizations for repairs.
  • Effectively multitask and navigate through various databases such as CCC1, Nexsyis, Outlook, Excel, and Arms, maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Carry out other administrative and clerical tasks as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Should be physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Expected to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
