CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – WINNIPEG, MB

Login Canada, one of Canada’s leading book distributors, is growing and looking for an energetic, creative, detail oriented, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for publication research, order fulfillment, and fielding inquiries from our customers across Canada.

Login Canada, has been shipping books coast to coast for over 30 years. We are a well-established book distribution company based in Winnipeg and Mississauga. We are known for the great relationships we build with clients and employees alike. Founded in 1991, Login Canada is a 100% Canadian owned business.
The Position:
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team as well as handle individual tasks, and will have experience in a fast-paced office environment. Accurate data entry/typing, proficient using Excel, ability to switch through multi tasks daily, detail orientated, and a positive disposition, combined with a drive to succeed, are essential to this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 1 - 2 years of office-based call center or customer service experience
· Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
· Familiarity with inventory management software is considered an asset
· Experience using Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently or in a team environment
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing good customer service
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· French language an asset
