QUALIFIKATION UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative, Detailorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden von Vorteil

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Initiative, detail orientation, ability to work in a team, structured way of working
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other language skills are an advantage
  • Experience with national and international customer

Responsibilities:

  • First contact for customers; answering customer inquiries and handling customer complaints
  • Management of orders, timely order processing via the ERP system including customer-specific master data maintenance
  • Supporting the order-to-cash process (e.g. forecasting)
  • Development of solutions for customer requirements
  • Suggestions for improvement with regard to the work process
  • Carrying out the registration / filing / archiving of customer-relevant documents
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as Sales and Supply Chain
  • Compliance with applicable GLT guidelines and processes
