Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Minova is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Georgetown team. In this pivotal role, you build lasting relationships with clients and facilitate communication between departments, vendors, and customers. If you’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! This is 1st shift typically 7:30a-4:30pm, M-F and Direct Hire.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access databases
- Experience with electronic document monitoring systems
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to steel
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Customer-focused with a commercial orientation
- Ability to lead and adapt to change
