Description:

T9-Specialist is looking for Customer Service Representative to join our Manchester-based team. We specialise in creating impactful promotional events for non-profit organisations. No previous sales experience is needed as full training is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK (no Tier 4/PSW visas)
  • Applicants who applied within the last 30 days cannot be considered
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Great communication and team-working skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities:

  • Represent non-profit clients at events and explain their services
  • Work as part of a team to drive sales and meet targets
  • Engage with the public, raising awareness for charitable causes
  • Assist in planning and setting up promotional events
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Attend training and development sessions to improve skills
