Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Ajman property regulations and processes.
  • Ability to apply for NOCs, Aqar Sewerage, FEWA, and light connections independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing and following up on payments and renewals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
    Note: ❌Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position. Relevant work experience is mandatory.❌
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the process of tenancy contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ajman regulations.
  • Provide detailed information on renewal, vacating procedures, and any required payments.
  • Tenancy Contract Management:
  • Prepare, process, and finalize tenancy contracts efficiently.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained as per company and Ajman regulations.
  • Payment Follow-Ups:
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments, renewals, and any pending balances.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication regarding financial matters.
  • Knowledge and Application of Rules:
  • Apply NOCs, Aqar Sewerage, FEWA, and lights connections as per the process and rules in Ajman.
  • Stay updated with Ajman’s property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Customer Support:
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with move-in and move-out processes, providing clear guidance.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payments, and contracts.
  • Provide periodic updates to the management regarding customer-related activities.
