Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Ajman property regulations and processes.
- Ability to apply for NOCs, Aqar Sewerage, FEWA, and light connections independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing and following up on payments and renewals.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
Note: ❌Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position. Relevant work experience is mandatory.❌

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the process of tenancy contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ajman regulations.
- Provide detailed information on renewal, vacating procedures, and any required payments.
- Tenancy Contract Management:
- Prepare, process, and finalize tenancy contracts efficiently.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained as per company and Ajman regulations.
- Payment Follow-Ups:
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments, renewals, and any pending balances.
- Maintain clear and professional communication regarding financial matters.
- Knowledge and Application of Rules:
- Apply NOCs, Aqar Sewerage, FEWA, and lights connections as per the process and rules in Ajman.
- Stay updated with Ajman’s property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with move-in and move-out processes, providing clear guidance.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payments, and contracts.
- Provide periodic updates to the management regarding customer-related activities.
