Description:
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working and focus on autonomously process service and calibration requests from initial customer contact until completion. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor based in Germany. This position is fully remote and comes with a 1 year fixed-term contract.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Autonomously processing service and calibration requests from initial customer contact until completion, including all documentation
- Creating RMA’s, quotes, shipments and invoices in our SAP ERP system
- Proactively monitoring and updating status of open RMA’s
- Holding close contact to our service department and logistic center in Darmstadt
- Maintaining supplier portals of selected customers
- Responding to all inquiries from customers, sales and other departments of MKS
Skills You Bring:
- Completed study from academy of economics and/or professional experience in the area of order processing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in comparable customer service roles
- A demonstrated background and proven experience in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced level in the use Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English is mandatory for this international role, other languages are an advantage (German/French/Italian).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
