We are currently seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Darlington. As a valued member of our team, you will share our departmental values and work collaboratively to achieve our KPIs. You will be responsible for handling several different dispute types ranging from disputes against invoices such as damage, rental, and fines, as well as high end complaints from customers and members of the public. A key attribute for success in this role is the ability to effectively manage customer requests and provide a high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. By keeping our customers at the forefront of every transaction, you will strive for a one-touch resolution, reinforcing our culture of people talking to people.

Salary - Starting from £22,369.35 per annum depending on experience, rising to £22.721.31 upon successful completion of your probation. There is also an opportunity to increase your salary to up to £25,341.50 based on your performance.
