Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our BPA team in Wilson.
The Customer Service representative provides accurate policy benefit information on the phone, face to face and by via email to members, covered under the L.I.U.N.A. Local 183Canadian Construction Workers Union (CCWU) Member’s Benefit Trust Fund. He or She provides courteous and professional customer service while maintaining departmental standards.
Please note that the office location is currently Toronto (1263 Wilson Ave.); however, the office will be relocating to Vaughan (Langstaff Rd. & Highway 50) in the coming months.
This position is 100% in-office.
Working Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
7:00am to 8:00pm Wednesday
7:00am to 4:30pm Friday
7:00am to 12:30pm Saturday
Special working condition: rotating shift schedule for Wednesday and Saturday’s.
